How to downgrade my plan
If at the moment you see as a better fit to downgrade your plan here's how to do so
First, you'll need to get to the subscription section. If you don't know how you can follow these steps to get there
Once inside click on the right top corner "Subscription offering"
In the subscription offering you can browse the different plans and payment frequency Jikko has to offer you, select the one you are interested in
If you decide to downgrade click on "Downgrade"
And that's it! Our team will get the notification you want to downgrade your plan and will reach out to you as soon as possible.
Warning: Keep in mind that downgrading will represent a loss of several licenses and features that can affect the progress and information gathered in the app. You can further discuss this with our team when they reach out.
