The overlapping error occurs when we release production orders and there is only one workstation that performs the same operation. This means that a workstation cannot perform two operations simultaneously.

We also notice that there is an error indicated by exclamation marks "!".

To discover the error?

In the top left corner, click on the 'view errors' button. There you will find out if it's an overlap "show errors"

"The solution for these cases would be to either wait for the workstation to finish one operation before starting another, or to move your production to another workstation, like this:"

"In the upper left part, you will find the 'move PB' button."

"This will enable a tab where you can select the production batch you want to move, the date and time when your production will start, and a default workstation where the operation will take place."

And that's it. This is how you identify an overlap error and some possible ways to solve it.
