Through the side bar in the JIKKO Management interface, you can access all the main sections of the app and view the complete configuration of the production site, along with the most relevant indicators and data of the process.

Next, you will find the description of each of the sections.

Modules

From here, you can generate both sales and production orders, as well as review their costs and key indicators. You also have the option to configure the necessary routes and material explosions. You can check both inventory and the materials list, stock alerts, and movements made. Additionally, you can handle the planning of production orders, optimize them according to various variables, and prioritize them based on stipulated delivery dates. You can also measure the efficiency of operators and manage their access to different work centers.

Furthermore, within the traceability, OEE, and performance sections, as well as on the cockpit board and analytics, you'll discover a range of metrics and indicators offering a comprehensive perspective on production performance. Apply various filters and access multiple views to segment information, ensuring real-time reflection of any updates happening on the shop floor.

Alerts

Here, you have the option to set up alerts to monitor specific KPIs. This enables you to assign responsible individuals, define the variable to be monitored, and establish associated risk values. Furthermore, monthly counters and graphs will be presented, offering a visual representation of these values within the set limits.

MDM - Master Data Management

Within this section, you will find the general system configuration. From each of the 18 existing sections, you will parameterize all the variables related to your production process. The top bar displays the completion percentage of this configuration, and each section has its specific indicator. Here, you can input, modify, and delete data related to work shifts, schedules, production site opening days, operational times, conversion factors, customers, suppliers, quality inspections, documents, costs, waste categories, and more.

Restricting access to this section is crucial and should be limited to authorized members of the administrative team, as any modification to these variables could have a significant impact on the overall functioning of the system.

Users

In this section, you'll find all the information about the users and licenses currently active in the application, based on the subscription you've obtained.

To start, details about the type of plan under your subscription will be presented, including the quantity of available and active licenses across different categories. Next, a comprehensive list of any additional add-ons or modules you've acquired will be outlined, giving you a clear understanding of the extra functionalities enabled in your account. Lastly, a detailed list of active users will be provided, specifying their respective license types, roles, and assigned add-ons.

Furthermore, from this section, you are able to create new users, edit or remove existing ones, acquire licenses, and modify access settings across the entire application.

Reports

From here, you can download two types of reports: traceability and performance. In the first one, you will be able to observe all the relevant data for each of the production batches in the system. This way, you will find the batch number, specific information about the operations it has gone through, the quantities obtained in each one, relevant dates, etc. In the second one, you can observe more detailed information about the work centers and production orders that passed through each one. It contains some relevant indicators such as OEE, efficiency, and the takt time recorded for each existing batch.

Favorites

Within each module category, you'll discover a star icon that enables you to designate it as a favorite. This feature allows you to conveniently keep your most frequently used categories at your fingertips, ensuring swift access. If you wish to remove any category from your favorites, simply select this button once more.

Once you have selected your favorite categories, they will be displayed in an organized manner within the star-shaped button located in the sidebar. This way, we enhance your experience by providing you with a simple and direct way to access the most relevant categories for you.

Help

By clicking the help button, you can enter the JIKKO's Knowledge Center. This is a portal that provides you access to a wide variety of useful resources to address questions and concerns regarding the functionality of JIKKO. Here, you will find a very useful search tool for specific inquiries, as well as a series of structured guides covering everything from the configuration process of JIKKO's MDM to optimal manufacturing practices aligned with Lean Manufacturing, agile methodologies, good communication practices, among other relevant topics. We offer you valuable content that will help you optimize your experience and make the most of JIKKO's capabilities.

Configuration

Here you will find the general information configured for your company, including the time zone and the currency to be used. Keep in mind that only the Super Administrator user profile has the ability to modify these aspects, while other profiles can switch among the more than 5 enabled languages at any time.

On the other hand, you can access your profile settings to check your license type, profile, and enabled add-ons. You can also adjust notification settings and manage the alerts that will appear on the screen.
