The production order control dashboards are designed to provide an overview of key details regarding created orders. This includes information on the associated standard costs they represent and the various states they are in. The aim is to quantify and obtain a holistic perspective on the work carried out on the production floor within a defined time frame.
To access, click on "Modules" from JIKKO Management. There, in the "Order Management" category, you will find the "KPIs" module. Upon entering, all the mentioned information is displayed. The first section includes data on the total number of existing orders, the quantity of closed orders, and the overall number of routes and BOMs used.
Following this, a control dashboard visually displays the distribution of the total order volume over time. In the same section, indicators regarding the total standard cost represented by these orders and its evolution are provided. This visual representation, along with accurate counters, illustrates whether the costs associated with the orders have increased, decreased, or remained constant over time.
Finally, at the bottom of the page, you'll find the breakdown of the order volume based on their respective states during the selected time period. The pie chart illustrates the percentage of orders in each state, and the side bar provides the total number for each state.
Time filters
These indicators display information corresponding to a specific time period. To modify it, click on the "Filters" button in the top bar of the page. There, you can choose to view data for today, yesterday, the current week, the previous week, the current month, the last month, or the last three months.
Status filters
These indicators provide information for all created orders, regardless of their current status. However, a distinction can be made between those that have been released and those that have not. At the top of the page, you can make this selection, and the changes will be immediately reflected across all dashboards.
