6. MDM Conversion factor

In section 6 we will configure the conversion factor, which is the proportion used to relate the input quantity to the output quantity at the production order level.

Example: 6 pieces enter and 1 final piece comes out and vice versa

Let's start setting it up!

You will create a conversion factor at the work order, item, and work center levels. This represents the numerical value or ratio that is used to relate the input quantity to the output quantity.

1. To create a conversion factor for work orders you must configure the following data, clicking on the "+"

2. To create a conversion factor for the article, you must configure the following data by clicking on the "+", you must also select the level at which you want the factor, either for the operation, the group of work centers or the machine.

3. Finally, to create a conversion factor to the work centers you must configure the following data, clicking on the "+"

and voila, you have configured your conversion factor :)
