Data Universe

First, lets start with JIKKO Data Universe. we'll be exploring the four universes that make up Jikko ’s database and how they relate to the different datasets containing information about orders, master data, production processes, and inventory.

Datasets

The BI platform we use on Jikko analytics is called Quicksight, it is a service provided by Amazon Web Services. On this tool, you can make multiple things. We will start with how to create a dataset.

Now, let's explore the different possibilities that come with the functionality of editing datasets in Jikko Analytics. Editing a dataset allows you to customize and refine the data to meet your specific needs.

Have you ever wondered how data is merged together from different tables in a database? Well, in this video, we will explain the four main types of joins in Jikko Analytics: inner join, full join, left join, and right join.

Analysis and Dashboards

Now, let's see how to create an analysis on Jikko Analytics.

An analysis provides visibility into the data that has been collected, transformed, and cleaned. There are multiple features available that can be used in JIKKO analytics analysis.

Let's see how to publish our analysis as a dashboard. This way, all the users with a reader license can access it. As we mentioned on the previews video a dashboard is used to play around an analysis, to visualize all the information, without making any structural changes to it.

Organize the Data

Folders on Jikko Analytics are used to organize your data. You can create folders within folders to have a more clear structure. At the beginning you will always have a folder with the name of your business. In this folder you will find all the main datasets and dashboards that we have made available for you.
