3. Home page

This is the home page of JIKKO, here we have 2 main elements: side tab and the navigation bar.

Let's start with the navigation bar:

Here are 3 main elements: tasks, notifications, and user information.

• User information: you can see your profile and JIKKO’s general information. Also, change the account type and log out if desired.
  

• Tasks: Team members will have easy access to the list of activities to be performed in their work.
  

• Notifications: Set notifications so that the whole team can easily, simultaneously and in real-time visualize the changes occurring in the production process.
  

Now, moving forward with the Side tab:

With the side tab and the main menu, we have all the different modules.

• Alerts for informing the team of the different unforeseen situations that happen daily to implement action plans quickly.  

• Direct access to the MDM or master data management, where all the company's information is set up.
  

• Users section for license management.

• Reports, so you can access, search, and save the reports generated from each interface module.

• Favorite’s section, a fully customizable space designed for you to add those modules and tools of greater importance in your process and have quick access to them.
  

• Help where you can access to tools to help you navigate JIKKO.

• Configuration, where you can always update your general information and also change your password.

Add a New User

You can always add a new user by clicking the button "Add User".

Then you just enter the user's name in the email and select the license type you’ll give access to.

It is also important to highlight that we have filters throughout the interface in order to ease the data visualization for you.
