JIKKO Profiles

There is a place for each user involved

At JIKKO Management license, we currently have five different types of profiles, read on to learn more about them.


For each profile explanation there will be a CRUD table, which is an acronym that refers to the four functions or actions the profile can execute: create, read, update, delete. 

1. Super Admin

Only one license can have this profile type - It is the “Owner” of the Environment and is responsible of setting up: Time Zone, Currency and Default Language. This profile will be able to:


  • Access to all JIKKO interfaces (Operator and Management), modules and features.
  • Create users, edit and delete them (User Management).
  • Setup the Master Data Management (MDM) - Define environment rules.
  • Define Optimization Rules.

2. Admin

This profile will be able to:


  • Access to all JIKKO interfaces (Operator and Management), modules and features.
  • Create users, edit and delete them (User Management).
  • Setup the Master Data Management (MDM) - Define environment rules.
  • Define Optimization Rules.

3. Manager

This profile will be able to:


  • Access to JIKKO modules on the management interface (It changes according to the license plan: Basic, Plus, Pro).
  • View all data gather from the Operator interface.

4. Support

This profile will be able to:


  • Access to JIKKO modules on the management interface (It changes according to the license plan: Basic, Plus, Pro).
  • Reply to Operator tickets sent to Plant Leaders.

5. Planner

This profile will be able to:


  • Define Optimization Rules (Manufacturing Scheduling).

This profile will be able to:


  • Access to JIKKO operator interface.
  • View data from Manufacturing Scheduling - Personnel & Time .
